My name is Julie. I am a wife to Matt and a mom to Abigail. First and foremost, I am a Christian. That doesn’t mean I’m perfect or better than anyone else but it does mean that it affects all aspects of my life. I strive to life my life in a way that is pleasing to God and be a good steward of what I have. I often fail but I do try.
We live in rural Maine. My husband comes from a family of loggers and is a logger at heart, though he is currently working in tree care until we can afford for him to go back to logging. Hence, Logger’s Wife. He is also a lumberjack competitor so we spend most of our summers on the fair circuit doing competitions.
I love: coffee, chocolate, crafting (especially crochet), movies, reading, organizing, classic country, SmartWool socks, and comfy pants.
I hate: wet socks, crowds, and mint and chocolate together.
